MICHIGAN MALIBU BOATS DEALER RECOGNIZED FOR 2007 SUCCESS
Malibu Boats recognized The Edge inc. for their extreme achievements in customer service and sales during the 2007 model year.
(Merced, CA) – Malibu Boats, the World’s leading water sports boat manufacturer, recently held their 2007 Dealer Meeting in Lake Tahoe, NV along side beautiful Lake Tahoe. For their efforts and achievements as a Malibu boat dealer Malibu Boats distinguished The Edge with two huge awards in 2007. In the category of Customer Service The Edge was recognized for outstanding customer satisfaction, which is determined with voluntary surveys sent in by customers themselves. In the category of sales The Edge flexed their muscle as Michigan’s leading water ski and wakeboard boat retailer and took home a Malibu Boats Sales Achievement Award for ranking among the top selling Malibu Boats dealerships in the nation.
When asked about the significance of the Malibu Dealer Network, Paul Singer, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, had this to say, “We’re who we are thanks to the high caliber of dealerships representing Malibu Boats. The annual awards dinner is our chance to recognize outstanding dealerships like The Edge for pushing limits over the past year.” Singer concluded, “I look forward to the dealer meeting every year for this very reason.”

About the Service Award:
The Edge inc. is proud to announce our 15th service award from Malibu Boats. Each Year Malibu Boats conducts a survey of all their new customers. This survey delves into great detail the overall relationship the customers have with their selling dealer. Questions pertain to how the boat was presented, how it looks at time of delivery, attitude of dealer personnel, and most importantly, how well service has been performed after the sale. In order to receive an award, each dealer must score a 90% average Customer Satisfaction. We hit this one out of the park. For 2007 The Edge inc. scored a 98.25%!With as many boats as we sell, we are very proud of our service representatives for getting the job done right, and in a timely fashion.
