Malibu requires a Customer satisfaction of 92% or better to receive an award. The Edge scored 99.29% Manitou only handed out 12 CSI awards, one of them to us, we scored a 94.39%.

Malibu Boats recognized The Edge inc. for their extreme achievements in customer service and sales during the 2008 model year.
(Kalamazoo, Mi.) – Malibu Boats, the World’s leading water sports boat manufacturer, recently recognized their 2008 outstanding dealers in Sales and Customer Service. The Malibu family took this opportunity to reward dealers like The Edge inc., the West Michigan area representative Malibu Boats, who are going strong even in these uncertain times. In the category of Customer Service The Edge was recognized for outstanding customer satisfaction, which is determined with voluntary surveys sent in by boat buyers. The Edge inc. received the award for Outstanding Customer Service and they were among the top ten of all Malibu boats dealers for 2008.
In the category of sales The Edge flexed their muscle as West Michigan’s leading water ski and wakeboard boat retailer and their arm-load of awards was a testament to that distinction.

Manitou Boats Recently awarded it's dealers for sales and outstanding customer service. As a two time JD power award winner, and a six time CSI award winner, Manitou holds it's dealers to the same strict standards imposed on them.Deliver a high quality product, at a fair price, and keep the customers happy long afterward.
In order to receive a CSI award from Manitou, a dealer must have a 90% or higher customer satisfaction rate. The Edge inc. scored a 94.39%. This puts The Edge in the top 12 dealers for customer satisfaction nationwide.
